Attorney Orlando Amador began his career as an Assistant Public Defender. Attorney Amador fought for the rights of indigent clients accused by the goverment of crimes. Attorney Amador also fought the Insurance Companies to protect the rights of the injured in accidents through the State of Florida.
Personal Injury cases. Attorney Amador has represented clients who have been injured in automobile crash cases. Attorney Amador has represented accident victims who have suffered traumatic brain injuries. Attorney Amador also represented clients who have been injured as a result of the negligence of a business in a slip and fall. Attorney Amador has represented families of persons who have lost their lives in accidents in trailer parks and dangerous premises.
Real Estate transactions. Attorney Amador has represented lenders in foreclosure actions. Attorney Amador has also represented lenders in creditor rights civil actions throughout the State of Florida. He has reviewed title reports and consulted with Title Counsel on curative issues. Attorney Amador has represented client on landlord and tenant actions.
